Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing technical support and remote training. 
Job Responsibilities
·   Customize training plan for individual practice needs and deliver training to physicians and staff. 
·   Determine workflow and identify potential problems and involve the correct persons in the solution.
·   Provide group and individual training while demonstrating expert knowledge of clinical workflows.
·   Work with physicians and staff to understand and research customization requests.
·   Provide remote go live support and provide ongoing technical and customer support.
Experience/Skills Required
·   Medical Billing Experience
·   Exceptional problem solving and investigative skills
·   Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on detail
·   Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability, and desire to advance technically
